Description: Blocking the insurance cabins on 2 sides of the family has a well-thought-out functional layout, a garage, a large kitchen-living area and 3 bedrooms. The minimalistic façade has three finishing textures: plaster, thermowood and porcelain stoneware. There are terraces and balconies that are closed from the eyes of the vessels with wooden slats and create an uncovered intimate area for the residents to move around. The consoles go to another on top of the duplex on the adjacent wall, and in the second wall there is a skylight installed on top, which will ensure clear natural lightening of the exits. The external lighting has also been thought out to make evening drying comfortable and creates a calm atmosphere.
