Client request: Create two separate spaces in one building, i.e. a living room with a dining room, a bathroom and a hidden kitchen, and a separate bedroom with a bathroom. Also a technical room for the pool with a furnace. A barbecue area and a patio on the terrace of the building and a pool with an infinity effect. The architecture should be in the same style as the built main house.

Description: The guest house is designed in the same style as the residential building, has a laconic modern architecture in white and partial decoration with dark stone. Outside, the terrace is divided into two zones. One zone is placed parallel to the vitamin, has a large table near the barbecue with a work surface and a lounge area near the outdoor fireplace.

The peculiarity of the fireplace lies in the fact that it is double-sided (channel) and the fire burns simultaneously for both the interior and the terrace. The second zone is separated by a partition and belongs to the bedroom, it is a quiet cozy terrace by the pool. Parallel to the house there is a swimming pool with an infinity effect around the perimeter, which adds to the effect of black wet stone – a large rectangular monolith. It is located along the two terrace zones and is connected to the house with thermowood.
